Product details

The ModMic Wireless is a wireless microphone with an integrated dual microphone capsule. Its directional characteristic can be changed between uni- or omnidirectional at the touch of a button. The omnidirectional studio mode offers high sensitivity and a wide frequency range for the highest quality, while the unidirectional mode provides better noise cancelling in louder environments.

The ModMic Wireless comes with a USB 2.0 Bluetooth transmitter and communicates with it via Bluetooth with Qualcomm aptX Low Latency Codec at an extremely low latency of only 34 milliseconds. Micro-USB 2.0 charges the wireless microphone, allowing it to be used wirelessly for a full twelve hours at a time. Unrestricted use during the charging process is possible.

The retrofittable Antlion ModMicWireless is a technically extremely high-quality addition to your favourite headphones or a premium spare part for imperfect headsets and can easily be retrofitted to the outside of an ear cup. To do this, first clean the corresponding spot on the ear bowl with the alcohol cleaning cloth provided, then remove the protective film from the back of the small basic holder - which looks like a button - and press the holder firmly on. After about an hour, the connection is sufficiently strong.

Now simply connect the magnetically adhering microphone boom to the basic holder, adjust the swivel arm to the correct length and connect the microphone to the PC. The ModMic can be folded up and down 90 degrees, the temple itself is also extremely flexible and formable and if you like, you can remove the entire microphone quickly and easily and thanks to magnetism you can either clip it to its steel case or store it in the supplied case.
