Powerline of Gigabit Class - Powerful 2x2 MIMO technology. The FRITZ!Powerline 1260E WLAN set reliably connects network-capable devices such as computers, televisions, or gaming consoles over long distances in the home network via ultra-fast Gigabit LAN. With networking over the power line, long distances and obstacles like walls and ceilings are easily overcome. Compared to Powerline adapters of the 500 and 200 MBit/s class, the FRITZ!Powerline 1260E offers significantly more transmission capacity and more robust connections – all while maintaining high energy efficiency. Multiple demanding broadband applications can be used simultaneously. The FRITZ!Powerline 1260E WLAN set is ideal for bandwidth-intensive network applications, such as streaming HD videos, fast internet access, online gaming, web TV, NAS connectivity, and video on demand. Even long distances between devices do not affect the quality of the transmission. The 2x2 MIMO technology allows for up to 60% greater range in the power network by simultaneously using two pairs of wires. If both pairs cannot be used at the same time, the automatic selection of the better transmitting pair ensures robust Powerline transmission.
