The Wrist Strap loop attaches to the camera's tripod thread using a FastenR adapter. A corresponding adapter is included with every R-Strap camera strap. The attachment via a FastenR adapter offers the advantage of easily switching between an R-Strap and the wrist loop with just a few simple steps: you only need to remove your camera along with the FastenR from your strap and then clip the carabiner of the wrist loop into the FastenR.
