The Crucial P3 and P3 Plus neither exceeded nor disappointed expectations. Fast access to stored data is just as unproblematic as comprehensive copying and writing. You can certainly find faster M.2 SSDs, but this only plays a role in system performance in the least cases. Not outstandingly fast, the Crucial P3 and P3 Plus offer a lot of space for a moderate price in a small format...
The Crucial P3 surprises with a very favourable value for money. With its 2 terabyte capacity, it is the perfect choice as a game drive or music archive.

The speed of the SSDs is OK, but there are faster ones. On the other hand, the manufacturer comes up trumps with great prices: The P3 Plus is the cheapest SSD in the PCIe 4.0 class with 2 terabytes. The same goes for the P3 in the PCIe 3.0 category. The faster Samsung 980 is only available with a maximum of 1 terabyte of memory - P3 buyers save 15 euros on this size.
