In this variant, a 1x Triple (2x DVB-S2X MultiStream / 1x DVB-C/T2) tuner is built in, suitable for satellite, cable reception, or terrestrial TV. The DM920 UHD is particularly distinguished by its ultra-fast processor with 12000 DMips, 8GB flash, and 2GB RAM. It features two slots for Plug&Play tuners, allowing the customer to use the Dreambox for digital satellite, cable, or antenna reception (DVB-T/T2).

At the front, the DM920 UHD shines with a 3-inch LCD color display. Behind a front panel, there are slots for a Common Interface and a Smartcard. Like the other Dreamboxes, the DM920 UHD is based on the Enigma2 operating system developed by Dream Multimedia. On the back, the box offers numerous connection options: HDMI-In, HDMI-Out, USB 3.0, network interface, SPDIF, and a slot for 2.5" hard drives.
