The cost-effective 802.11ac Wave 2 Campus Access Points of the 303 series offer high performance for enterprise environments with medium device density and tight budgets. This includes schools, retail stores, warehouses, hotels, and corporate offices. They can be operated as a unified AP in ArubaOS mode or without a controller in InstantOS mode. The AP-303P features a second Ethernet port with disabled PoE for daisy-chaining the wired network, allowing for the connection and support of network devices such as IP cameras, IoT gateways, or even a second access point. This functionality reduces costs and simplifies the installation of multiple devices by sharing switch ports and cabling. The AP-303P has an integrated Zigbee radio unit for IoT connectivity. With the built-in Bluetooth radio unit, the 303 series APs can be used for enhanced location and orientation tasks as well as asset tracking.
