Keychron's Q2 is a high-quality barebone keyboard that allows you to customize every key switch, keycap, stabilizer, and even plate. It is designed to create an ingenious typing experience through extensive personalization.

The Q2 Barebone is made from a CNC-machined 6063 aluminum chassis that goes through 24 processes, including polishing, anodizing and sandblasting. The seal-mounted design gives the board a comfortable, flexible feel with excellent sound. The Q2's maximum flex is up to 2.5 mm. The barebone keyboard features a toggle switch for the operating system and an additional set of custom keycaps for both Windows and macOS systems.

With full QMK and VIA support, you can easily program and remap every key (including Knob) on the keyboard. Through the open source VIA firmware, you can define any key, keyboard layout or backlight. Even writing from MACROS for custom key combinations you want on your Keychron Q2. VIA supports macOS, Windows and Linux.

The hot-swappable board supports both 3-pin and 5-pin mechanical MX switches. The Q2 barebone is equipped with high-quality screw stabilizers that provide stability and smoothness. The screw design also allows compatibility with a wide range of other stabilizers. The south aligned RGB SMD LED lighting is easy to see, allowing each key to be individually illuminated.
