Reviews & Ratings
The Netgear router with the bulky name RAXE300 transmits not only in the 2.4 and 5 gigahertz frequency range but also in the 6 gigahertz range if required. According to the manufacturer, this should enable transmission rates of up to 7.8 Gbit/s. The WLAN radio antennas are concealed behind the fold-out wings, which give the device the appearance of a tourist flying object...
... Our throughput measurements showed very good transmission rates in the still sparsely used 6 GHz band and decent ones on 5 GHz. The data rates could be a little higher on 2.4 GHz. The power consumption of 9.0 watts in standby is very good compared to the offered performance.

In practical use, the Netgear Nighthawk RAXE300 offers more convincing value for money than, say, Netgear's RAXE500 in most situations.
