The NF-A14 is a fan with a square AAO (Advanced Acoustic Optimization) frame. Its square shape and mounting holes (124.5 mm hole spacing) make it an excellent choice for use on water cooling radiators or as a case fan. Through advanced aerodynamic design measures such as Flow Acceleration Channels, the NF-A14 achieves an even better silent cooling performance compared to the multiple award-winning NF-P14. The PWM version is equipped with Noctua's specially designed NE-FD1 IC for fully automatic speed control and comes with a Low-Noise Adapter that allows for a reduction of the maximum speed from 1500 to 1200 rpm. Its performance-oriented maximum speed and comprehensive speed control options make the NF-A14 PWM a top solution for users seeking the perfect balance between excellent cooling performance and superb quietness, whether on water cooling radiators, heatsinks, or for case ventilation.

Der Noctua NF-A14 PWM ist auch 10 Jahre nach seiner Markteinführung noch ein starker Lüfter. Zwar hat die Konkurrenz inzwischen gut aufgeholt, insbesondere die Thermaltake Toughfan 14 Pro auf dem Radiator (wenn auch mit der geringeren zu erwarteten Laufzeit).
