Product details

Noctua's first passive CPU cooler, the NH-P1, has been designed from the ground up for fanless operation. Thanks to six heat pipes and particularly thick cooling fins with a high fin spacing, modern high-end processors with low to moderate heat output can be completely passively cooled in cases with good natural convection. For even higher cooling performance or semi-passive systems where fans only run when needed, the NH-P1 can be equipped with a slow, ultra-quiet 120 mm fan like the NF-A12x25 LS-PWM. Complemented by the professional, Torx-based SecuFirm2+ mounting system and Noctua's award-winning NT-H2 thermal paste, the NH-P1 serves as the ideal foundation for completely fanless or semi-passive premium systems.

Basic TutorialsSingle testReleaseNovember 2023

In the Noctua NH-P1 test, the virtually unrivalled passive cooler proves to be very cleanly manufactured, is sufficient in well-ventilated cases for operating most processors that are not clocked too high and is inaudible. In relation to the noise level, the performance is correspondingly impressive...

CT MagazinSingle testReleaseOctober 2021

In our opinion, the Noctua NH-P1 is suitable for the silent operation of processors in the 65-watt class, especially those with integrated graphics. For systems with graphics cards, the quite expensive passive cooler for 110 euros is not useful because the fans on the cards are usually louder than the CPU air cooler...
