Rein äußerlich macht das Gehäuse aus Kunststoff eher einen mäßigen Eindruck, zumal auch die Verarbeitung nicht zu 100% stimmt. Positiv ist der prima reagierende Touchscreen hervorzuheben. Hier werden wohl lediglich Windows-Fans auf ihre Kosten kommen, zumal für gleiches Geld bessere Android-Modelle verfügbar sind.
Das größte Plus beim Lumia 710 ist zweifelsohne die sehr gute Internetperfoemance und der sehr gute Klang des MP3 Players, wobei auch das mitgelieferte Headset seine Arbeit gut macht. Wie bei fast allen Smartphones ist auch ier die Akkuleistung eher mäßig, sodass beim intensiven Nutzen diverser Funktionen dieser relativ schnell leer ist.

Windows-Fans werden am Lumia 710 mit Sicherheit ihre Freude finden, wobei es insgesamt lediglich eine nur befriedigende Bewertung verdient. Grund hierfür ist eine eher schwache Kamera, der fehlende Slot für MicroSD oder auch das nur wenig wertige Gehäuse aus Plastik. Positiv sind hingegen die gute Sprachqualität oder auch die gute und kostenlose Navigation zu bewerten.
Insgesamt ist das Lumia 710 ein typisches Mittelklassehandy, das alles hat was man für die alltäglichen Dinge benötigt. Die Kamera ist ok aber nicht mehr, denn dafür sind die Aufnahmen nicht gut genug. Dennoch ist das Smartphone gut verarbeitet und bietet neben einer kostenlosen Navigation einige gute Funktionen.
Insgesamt präsentiert sich das Lumia 710 von Nokia als gutes Windows-Smartphone im Plastik-Look. Zu kritisieren ist hier in jedem Fall die schwache Akkuleistung.
