A 4K video signal with HDCP 2.2 (High-bandwidth Digital Content Protection, a copyright protection technology required by Movielabs) is transmitted directly from a Blu-ray Disc device through a forwarding system. The connection is very easy because a cable set for video and audio can be used.
Music data from a compatible device is sent wirelessly to the sound bar. This way you can play music from your smartphone or tablet in the high sound quality of your soundbar.
