You can select, stream, and play videos and music stored on Mac, PC, or media servers. With the Pioneer apps iControlAV2013 and ControlApp for iPhone and Android, you can conveniently control the player with your smartphone.

Der Pioneer arbeitet nicht nur extrem leise und präzise, sondern kann auch beim Thema Klang vollkommen überzeugen. So gibt er auch SACDS wieder dun das mit einem beeindruckendem Klang ohne Verfälschungen. Das Einlesen der Scheiben erfolgt ebenfalls schnell sowie ohne Fehler, sodass man hier ein top Gerät vor sich hat.

Die Ausstattung sowie die Bildqualität bewegen sich auf hohem Niveau und auch die Formatvielfalt wird hier groß geschrieben. So spielt das System auch SACDs ab und besitzt einen analogen Sound Ausgang. Allerdings ist das Online Angebot eher mager.

Der Pioneer ist vielleicht kein Spezialist aber in Sachen Bild und Ton durchaus konkurrenzfähig. Auch SACDs spielt der Player ab, sodass er als Allrounder einen guten Job macht und auch die Anschlussleiste ist gut sortiert. An die top Geräte kommt er aber nicht heran.
