The following workaround works for the iPhone: Create a second (new) Apple ID with an invented German address without a payment method - then log out of the Apple Store and log in with the new Apple ID. Now the app can be downloaded without any problems. Then switch back to the old Apple ID. Works without any problems. If an update of the Bosch app is due, you have to log in again briefly with the second ID... It's actually quite simple - once you've got the idea.... Good luck....
