Questions about Pixel 9 Pro

Hello digitec, Any update on the delivery situation now that Google itself has apparently started shipping? Would probably clarify the majority of the questions here and defuse the completely childish rating situation somewhat.

When does the Pixel 9 Pro (not XL) ship from Digitec? Google Store has a delivery date marked for mid to late September. If I order it now will I get it on 22nd August from you?

Is there any new information on the exact delivery date of the Pixel Pro that has been ordered? In Germany & Austria, the first ones are already being delivered by sub-dealers.

***Digitec that was really weak*** It's not a question but a feedback about Digitec's really weak customer service. Didn't want to write it in the reviews. Digitec started advertising the P9P immediately after the product launch and I ordered the P9P Hazel 512gb a few hours later. Delivery date 23.08.... I phoned support on 22 August, 23 August and the following week and was always given completely wrong information. On 22 August they said that it was being released today and would therefore be with me on 23 August. On 23 August I was told that it would arrive next week. Then they said they would clarify it and get back to me.... I never heard anything again. Then when it said "delivery date being clarified" for days. I cancelled everything. Ordered directly from google last week and now it's been dispatched.... My point is not that you couldn't deliver digitec. My point is that the employees are giving out misinformation or outright lying because they have no idea. So if you're already doing a pre-order campaign and not honouring the delivery dates, then please at least send an email and inform the customers. Instead of annoying them with misinformation. In the meantime, the P9P Hazel 512gb states that delivery is October/November.... Where it once said 22/08... Difficult. Well, I'm now enjoying my Pixel and hope that you communicate better internally so that it is also received externally.

I'm not directly dependent on the part, but it does make you wonder... Do you really think that Digitec is reacting appropriately to delivery problems? Informing the customer even after weeks without a single word about what's going on? I want to know what's going on here! Why is Google delivering the phone and you're obviously getting nothing? Or is it even the fault of the "dust particles in the camera" gate? Please inform us transparently where the dog is buried!

When is the delivery for the 512GB Pixel 9 Pro variant planned, there must be a time window! Were they never available? Please reply for all those who are waiting and have already transferred the money!
