The R-Go HE Break Mouse is an ergonomic vertical mouse with integrated break software. This smart mouse helps you remember when it's time for a break. Its ergonomic design allows you to move the mouse automatically with your forearm instead of just your hand, preventing strain injuries such as RSI. The HE Break Mouse has a rounded shape, allowing your hand and wrist to adopt a natural, relaxed position. It fits comfortably in your hand and supports all fingers.

Whether you are left- or right-handed, various versions and sizes are available, ensuring the mouse fits any hand. The LED color signals in the mouse indicate how healthily you are working and when it's time for a break. The mouse encourages more frequent breaks, which help avoid strain, stimulate blood circulation, and keep you fit at work. During use, the LED changes color, similar to a traffic light: Green means "You are working healthily," Orange signals that it's time for a break, and Red indicates that you have been working too long. These subtle color signals provide you with simple and positive feedback on your (break) behavior.
