Sound Monster!
If you're willing to pay a little more for quality, you won't go wrong here. For gaming absolutely perfect in terms of battery life, wearing comfort, sound and optics / haptics top...
There are certainly better headsets for music and other categories but for me as a pure gaming headset it is the best.Pro

Price a little high, charging tray rather less good. Quality, workmanship, sound. Microphone top.
Charging cradle a little wobbly to operate. Headset does not always charge as it should. Micro-USB is available for charging via cable. Sound is absolutely top. Workmanship too. I estimate the range to be over 10 metres. I would buy again.

The name Astro speaks for itself.
I had the Astro A40 with cable before, and it's 2 years old, and it had a great sound for its time, but the Astro A50 is even better, with all the settings via the Command Center. You can also charge the headset with a mobile phone charger, via the Mirco B connector on the headset.Pro

Astro has done it again with the A50. The A50 is a great listening and communication companion for gaming.

Excellent sound quality but poor finish
The headset from the functional side is excellent but unfortunately the grey paintwork is defective and comes off (!) ( I contacted Astrogaming for clarification, they sent me a new headset as a replacement but after 3 months even on that one the same problem with the paintwork has arisen ... evidently it is a problem with this model) given the cost I would say it is unacceptable.

Comfortable, great sound!
Super headset except for two points
I've had many gaming headsets, but this one gives me the most robust impression.
The sound quality is very good with the virtual Dolby Digital. What I don't understand is that the headset has two optic ports. In and Out... why do I need an Out port on a headset? I'd rather have two In. And I would like to have a Bluetooth function on a 300 Fr. headset. That's why I only give it four stars.Pro

Very comfortable headphones with a precise sound and very present bass, you can wear them for hours without discomfort. The only shortcoming of these headphones is that the battery does not last very long, about 10 hours.

Excellent headset for FPS or realism
Very fan! I have already owned the Ps4 model for over 2 years, I use this headset almost every day and remain amply satisfied. Using my Xbox as a secondary console, I wanted to go for a Hyper X, which was supposed to be more than enough, after the huge disappointment of the test! So I went back to a safe bet!

I am really satisfied with this ones. Very confortable, very good sound, the controls are easily reachable, the button on the rihgt ear to balance audio between chat and game sound is amazing, the battery is more than enough. The emualted 5.1 is good and when disabling it works great with Dolby Atmos.
The PC app could be a bit better, but its usable.
It is true that its a bit tricky to let them charge in the base, it takes many a attempts until the left ear is properly connected and it starts charging.
I must say that although they are confortable, my AudioTechnica AH700 are far far more confortable.Pro

The headset is very comfortable to wear! The sound quality is very convincing. The microphone seems to work well (I am understood by everyone :-) ).
What I like most is the weight! Hardly comparable with other headsets I've used so far.
Extremely annoying is the charging station, it can often happen that the pins do not connect and thus the headset is not charged (Alternatively, the headset can be charged with the cable directly at the station)Pro

A very good headset but not my favourite in terms of sound. Super design! Also suitable for people who wear glasses. The ear pads don't pinch when worn, but that doesn't mean you can still hear the ambient noise. Lightweight headset with a great battery. The head padding is a little hard...

Great feel, bad mic
Its super comfy and the open back prevents your ears / head from heating up. The mic quality is quite bad sadly but not that its absolutely terrible. For streamers I would recommend a separate mic.

Excellent headset, absolutely recommendable!
For me personally, the ear cups could be a bit bigger for 100% wearing comfort. Compared to many other headsets, however, this one is very comfortable, and the sound and microphone quality are excellent. Everything can be adjusted via buttons on the headset, e.g. the volume ratio between gaming sounds and chat. If you want to game wirelessly on the Xbox, you can buy this headset without hesitation.
