Very good product
It's not big as it looks, works well, good looking, the red leds are deactivable

A very good access point and repeater, if you can keep it hidden
Easy to setup, works basically out of the box, but "advanced" setup is very simple too.

Known issues not fixed by Asus
Does not fulfill the basic functions needed when used in access point mode. DHCP should be off in this mode however it somehow disturbs devices from getting an IP address from main router when they are connected via wlan. Problem is known in forums but has not been fixed by Asus.

Wouldn't make this purchase again if I hadn't received the Dawn of War 3 game code.
I only use the Asus RP - AC68U access point and cannot recommend it. Strangely enough, my Sonos system works perfectly, but many people have problems with access via mobile phone. There are usually problems with the IP address query.

Halve the bandwidth, otherwise it does what it should.
Performance at the rendezvous!
Perfect! I installed it in addition to an ASUS RT-AC87U. I connected it with 30m of unshielded cable from the router. With my Gigabit connection, I have 89MB/s in wired connection.
