Actually, I am very satisfied, but the 10'000 mAh have always been a mystery. After a closer look at the case, you can see the following text: "Rated Power Capacity: 5800mAh".
So this matter has also been cleared up!
Actually, everything would work wonderfully, including Fastcharge.
However, when the powerbank is a little confined, it does not charge the smartphone but indicates that it is empty (1 LED flashes). Plugging it in and out of the charger or another powerbank is enough to get it back on track. But I don't want to lug around a second powerbank for this....
Maybe it's just a model from the factory, but it's no good like this.

Unfortunately the powerbank would not turn on after being charged and laying quite for one day, only the last LED blinking and no reaction to any actions.

After only a few weeks of non-use, the power bank is not working. The smartphone will not charge and the power bank is empty according to the flashing display. Only connecting the power bank to a mains adapter solves this problem. The power bank is therefore completely unreliable. The problem is not an isolated case. Another digitec buyer described the same experience in the reviews.
I bought this power bank because it has a practical format and Aukey has become my favourite and most reliable accessory brand: Everything they build is simply reliable and honest. The same goes for the power bank: no frippery, just a USB-C port and a USB-A port.
Another desired feature would have been to be able to charge the power bank and a connected device at the same time. Unfortunately, this is not possible. This would allow you to charge both the power bank and your mobile phone at the same time overnight with a small charger. However, I have never had a power bank that could do this, so this is not a problem.
Another user complains that the Rated Capacity is lower than the 10000mAh: True, but that is the case with every power bank. 10000mAh is the theoretical capacity at 3.7V. At 5V, the rated capacity is lower, which is (unfortunately) what the whole industry does. With Aukey, at least there is really a lot of power in it compared to cheap models. So, a fair product, you can buy it.

It has been a faithful companion for a while now and I absolutely adore how compact and and good this power bank is, it's pretty efficient too, until it kicks into 12v mode and there the step-up converter seems to produce a lot of heat
