Worse than a China firecracker power supply unit
After three years of careful use (only lightly loaded) a capacitor or something burst, in any case there was a bang! The brand name is a mockery (Be quiet).
P.S. Fun Fact: 5 days after I wrote the above, Digitec writes that I can sell the part! :-)Contra

Silent
I am very satisfied with it, the fan is not the only thing you hear. What bothers me are the cables, I thought they were all sleeved, but if you hide them well you don't see them anyway.

Don't know how it sounds, couldn't hear it yet
Supplies reliable power for my computer, couldn't hear it yet, as the CPU cooler is always louder and the hard drive anyway.
Unfortunately, the various cables are tediously grouped together, so I had to buy additional SATA power cables to connect everything.
The CM thing isn't that great either, the only cables I could save were the GPU cables because my GPU doesn't need one. The cables that come with it don't allow you to populate all the ports on the PSU.Pro

Good and quiet.
Solid power supply with modular cable management, perfect for mid-range builds. The fan is very quiet, as you would expect from be quiet! I have it installed in my living room media centre PC and it is inaudible even when the room is quiet. The ribbon cables have proven to be beneficial for my PC.

High-quality power supply unit, fan barely audible

Extremely quiet and good looking. However, it has a few connections for the power cables (you can also see this in the pictures). Possibly there could be a problem with many hard drives or so...

Be Quiet has convinced me again:
Ultra modular and compatible with the old Be Quiet power supply cables! I think it's great, otherwise quiet and does its job well

Does what it should and very quietly
In my setup, the power cord is not audible. I probably only need half of the 500W.
The installation went quite well. The fixed cables are a bit stiff, though. I had to choke a bit in my mATX case. The modular cables don't have a cable tube, but superfluous connectors can be cut off easily and cleanly.

Top power supply in my opinion.
The power supply is perhaps a little expensive, but absolutely top. Decent workmanship, silver award, modular cables.
You can't go wrong with this power supply.
Only flaw; Be Quiet delivered the power supply with a German plug, which had to be replaced by Digitec, which took a few days longer until the power supply was ready for use. Since Digitec delivered the replacement cable free of charge, this is bearable.Pro
