Failed to print correctly after few weeks.
Poor customer service. The printer failed to print correctly after only a few weeks, obviously due to manufacture problems. Sent back for the replacement, but I was informed to wait for another 4 weeks to get it repaired instead of replacing a new one. Very disappointing. I will never consider buying anything from Brother again.

I no longer buy a Brother printer
The printer itself was ok, but the toners are extremely expensive and above all, I bought new toners and put them in, after 13 days they were empty again and it is not possible that I have printed so much. I contacted Brother customer service, they couldn't help me. The 4 colour toners cost 270.-, they told me to send them in for checking. In the meantime I could have bought new ones, another 270.-, without me. We wrote and phoned back and forth several times, I have now bought another one and have one less worry.

A heavyweight with great qualities
The "heavyweight" takes up a bit of space, but its performance is impressive and makes up for the disadvantage by far.
Once again, I was also impressed by Digitec's service. As the old device failed, I urgently needed a new one and it arrived immediately. Thank you very much!Pro

Very good multi-function printer
Don't forget to remove all the orange transport covers, even the one on the collection tray under the roller.

Very good printer
Very good LED printer that works comparatively quietly and does not cause any problems either during installation or operation (I control it via a switch from two PCs, which was sometimes problematic with the previous HP Laserjet). It also "swallows" different paper qualities, including adhesive labels, without a problem, even after multiple swipes. My previous HP Laserjet therefore died early on when it had to deal with somewhat firmer glossy printer paper, which works fine with the Brother, even on both sides.

Really bad
To be seen the advantages and disadvantages. We regret this purchase. 1 time out of 2 the scanner indicates that the email address for sending documents is wrong, whereas we have never changed it. It starts printing on both sides of the page for no reason. Sometimes prints dozens of pages with keyboard symbols on them. The whole system is in German, impossible to configure in French. The shortcut key does not work.

Powerful printer
The Brother MFC-L375CDW has been with me for several months. I need the printer fully almost gliechermassen, because I digitize all paper at the moment. So I can really say: this MFP is top for home use.
- Starts up super fast and is ready to print and scan within seconds.
- Print quality is perfect, very colour neutral and extremely close to the original when copying.
- Scan quality is top. Various options and configurations are available.
- The printer is very quiet.
- Printer is for its ability quite small and takes so almost no space away.
- And visually fits the thing grad also still in the office...
I would buy the "thing" immediately again. Top price/performance ratio. Super printer, super scanner. Could also still fax. but where to? Has no one more.... ;)Pro

Great product
I bought this printer for my home office. It arrived in 3 days and is as I expected.
Maybe for 20 CHF more (Galaxus site) it's worth getting the L3770 which has the option to double-sided scan directly from the top document feeder.
