Super headset , had before this the Gamer One
Which has an open design.
Play Csgo and am so of satisfaction! Hear even more than with the old headset.
Micro also 1A
Wireless range is the only minus point which I lend! After 6 meters and 1ner door was then also close!

The headset is not recognized as the same device when charging (cable) and wireless operation. "GSA 70" in plugged in state. "GSP 670" in wireless state.
Every time you plug in or unplug the headset, you are allowed to change the sound device in Discord / Game etc.
The software / driver is therefore just absolute junk.
The quality / sound quality / runtime is excellent. Unfortunately, this is of no use if the software does not fit.

Anyone who wants to buy wireless headphones, has here a great deal but I personally fall back to 3.5mm jack connector. Since I also have an external microphone.
Good combination:
(Sennheiser) Epos GSP 60X (X = variable number e.g. 600 or 601).
Yamaha or Beringer mixer with USB connection
Rode microphones with large diaphragm and XLR connector

At first glance everything is right, nicely packaged, feels good in the hand and on the head. Sound quality and micro quality are right, even if the thing runs as it should. Bluetooth to smartphone and everything works wonderfully. The problems start, however, as soon as you use the headset on the PC. Plug and play is different. Noise, connection interruptions even when you're sitting right next to the PC and the constant problems with the dongle that simply hangs up leave an unpleasant aftertaste for a 300.- headset. If you absolutely want wireless, you'd better look for alternatives, more headache than headset.

19.08.2020 The software has been changed by Sennheiser and is now called Epos, the only epic thing about it is the grossly poor quality. Bugs that have long been fixed are now back, so the headset loses from one YouTube video to the next (or even after a short break) the connection. Hunds lousy something like that.
I have to adjust the review again a bit.
The sound quality of the headset is the only acceptable thing about the product, however, the software is such trash and shame that I'm seriously considering sending this thing over the Jordan. to the problems already described below, I have recently noticed that the equalizer must be reset after each boot of the PC.
I have the headset now for 3 months and am generally satisfied, but what drives me almost to madness are the interruptions when connecting to the PC. It happens to me several times a day that when I pause a Youtube video and start again, the headset no longer outputs sound. So far I have as a solution only turn off headphones or restart. If I then do not want to wait another minute until the software or the dongle notices that the headphones are off, I have to unplug them and plug them back in. The software / firmware must be updated individually (software, dongle and headphones) and a message from the software that an update is available I have not seen so far. I would also have wished for a bit more in terms of volume via the dongle.
The range I find as just okay, although I would wish for a headset in this price category and manufacturer more than just okay.
What I consider a big plus is the battery life and the very smooth switching between PC and smartphone.
The quality of the microphone is also top.

Hardware, look and comfort are top, but the connectivity and the software are really not usable. Once the connection is lost (e.g. going out of the room), it struggles to reconnect with the dongle. The microphone didn't work for me straight away (had to reboot/update driver/remove and re-add device/change USB port from dongle/etc. several times) and still doesn't work reliably. For a product like this, I expect "plug and play" functionality, and the Sennheiser GSP 670 certainly didn't achieve this for me!
Edit:
Micro USB for charging (why not USB-C).
Microphone does not work with "Plug and Play".

Once Sennheiser, always Sennheiser!
My Sennheiser PC 363D, 7.1 "by DIgitec" from 2015, still impress today.
EPOS GSP 670 -1A!!! You can tell that the headphones are developed in a laboratory.

At first I was completely satisfied with the headset. Good sound, comfortable and good battery life.
After about 3 weeks, I switched on my headset and the sound was suddenly extremely quiet. So I set my Windows sound to 100%. My in-game sound was previously at 13% and that was already loud enough. Now everything is at 100% and I can barely hear the game!
It's like everything is in the background and something is blocking the full volume.
EPOS support wasn't helpful either. They just said there was nothing they could do.
About 3 weeks later the ear protection (whatever it is called) is torn (see picture)

Annoying to connect, if you manage to connect it the sound goes out half the time, randomly goes quiet and cant get the audio higher anymore. Absolute dogshit, dont buy it.
Id give 0 stars

Absolutely rubbish, cheap manufacturing, worst sound quality I've ever heard after switching from Apple Earpods to these, and after less than a year the cushions are broken. The worst 200 euros I have ever invested.

If I had known the negative aspects I would not have bought this headphone

Incredible audio quality, however the user experience could be improved. The device installs a lot of virtual audio devices (4 if I'm not mistaken, 2 for the bluetooth dongle, 2 for the Headset. Each time you have a low quality "Communication device", and a "High Quality audio device"). You then have to install the software which is buggy at best. 4 times out of 5, I have to manually select my custom settings, and juggling between the terrible Windows sound manager/Volume control happens way too often. Sometimes the Headset is not detected in the EPOS gaming suite, which can only be fixed by a reboot.
As mentionned above, the audio quality is absolutely great, even more so if you tweak the levels in the EPOS Gaming suite. 7.1 works very nicely.
The headset is quite heavy, sometimes hurts the top of my head after long sessions (4h+)

Purchased in 2019
1st warranty claim 2020 Device remains connected to the PC despite being switched off (cannot be switched off until battery is empty)
2nd warranty claim 2022 The fabric of the ear cup pads has come off.
3rd warranty case 2023-2024 The fabric of the ear pads has come loose. The warranty case takes the cake.
Warranty case was handed over by Digitec to Sennheiser itself. (Probably too many warranty cases) After I couldn't find a solution with Sennheiser support and they refused to help me with my problem and referred me back to Digitec, I was really finished. Many thanks to Digitec for their goodwill and support (Digitec also cut their teeth on Sennheiser).
2023-2024 Device cannot be switched off again in some cases.
Sennheiser does not live up to its reputation, sound top 6/10 As soon as the device is switched on, you have a very fine noise in your head. What's that for?
Mic: Top 9/10
A big nogo: At this price, I want to be able to move more than 2.5 - 3 metres away from the PC without the connection to the dongle breaking off.

After a year of almost daily use, I can say that I am rather satisfied with this headset. Good sound when configured correctly, not too heavy, but unfortunately the ear pads already had to be replaced, a little weak for not even a year of use. Especially considering the price. Fortunately, they are replaceable and digitec gave them to me under warranty.
For a use other than under Windows (try under linux) it is necessary to forget the software part and a little configuration is necessary for a correct use.
Big drawback for me, impossible to use the dongle on a USB 3 hub, the sound is very bad quality (test on three different hubs). Only a connection via a single USB 2 extension seems to work without problem (I have a custom PC, integrated in the drawer of my desk, so not feasible to put it on the back panel. It limits the pickup radius too much)

Obverall good product with an important BUT: the headphones loose the sound while sitting at desk. And then you have to turn them off with the wheel on the right side and wait for them do disconnect from the dongle (dongle starts flashing blue) and then re-connect... Annoying...

Build, comfort and audio quality are all excellent. Simultaneous connections via dongle (PC) and Bluetooth (phone) make working with this headset in a business environment really viable. Essential is loading the latest version of the "gaming suite" which allows you to adjust the mic sensitivity (gain), mic opening threshold (Noise gate) and the in-headset feedback loop so you can hear what you are saying (side tone) as well as the degree of noise cancellation. The two channel audio (chat) and ambient (system) with seperate controls is smart too. Minus 1 star because the software is not yet fully mature: (1) Side-tone needs to go higher (2) Headset must be on default device which is a pain to set and reset after a call (3) support or chat is non-existent. To be fair, there seem to be regular improvement releases. Overall 8 or 9 out of 10.

I was initially rather skeptical because of the rather many negative reviews. But nothing, nothing at all of all the written what should be bad has proven true for me.
In the meantime, the software runs flawlessly, the headset and the dongle can be easily updated within minutes via the software.
I have no connection losses, can switch from PC to smartphone with the push of a button. The range to the PC is min 10m. Was yesterday 4 rooms away in the kitchen to produce coffee and have continued to listen to Youtube without faulty buzzing ect.
The sound is 1A. Had before always the rather more expensive headsets. Wired or wireless. Astro A50, Roccat, Logitech G933.
They can just pack it in for me in my opinion. Nothing too low, too high, no flickering and flickering or droning. A full sound that hugs the ears. ;)
You notice at the Sennheiser that they have it for Gamen entwickeld but that interresiert eig no one. The difference is found in the rather wide and flat center.
Also to mention is the often much criticized max volume level. So I can never hear max. But it may be that it is too quiet for some?
What I find great are the two volume controls. So you can control the overall volume and eg Ts or Discord separately.
Good idea
The GSP670 can be adjusted relatively well to the head size and shape. Pressure ect.
Only the temple pads above could have been 1.2mm thicker for me.
Have now simply always a Hütchen on then nothing presses ...
Conclusion: I have been positively surprised and no longer give ss.

This is a headset that I bought based on reviews. What you need to know is that these are extremely uncomfortable headphones. My head and ears hurt after use. Not easy to connect the headset. Every time I turn on the computer I have to go to the sound settings and change them manually. And finally, the volume of the headset is very low.

Top quality and workmanship. Sennheiser old 👍The most comfortable headset I ever wore. Unfortunately, I have now and then the one or other connection problem with the dongle. However, I think that these will be fixed promptly with the updates. Price a bit high but the if the headset holds 5years as my last Sennheiser holds, I see over it.
