Ingenious for your own office
Very practical, the battery lasts so long that you can take the headset without a stand when on the road. In an open-plan office it becomes noticeable when others also use Bluetooth devices. Especially in connection with Bluetooth mice (eg when Bluetooth signals are "crossed") it comes again and again to difficulties.
When used privately very practical, as long as you do not move too far away (~7m) from the smartphone.Pro

Not to be used like this
Voice quality decreases in the course of the conversation. At the beginning OK, after about 5 minutes there are interruptions and after 10 min the other person is difficult to understand. Can something be done? Is this a problem with the battery?
Fulfils its task with flying colours.
Simultaneous operation of the mobile phone and the soft phone on the PC (Windows 10) works perfectly. Everything can be operated from the headset: accepting, rejecting, ending and toggling calls. Even muting the soft client worked straight away. It goes without saying that the sound quality is very good for making calls.
The product is very well made and the magnetic holder is very user-friendly. When a phone rings, simply remove the headset from the holder and the call is immediately accepted.
The only problem, which is more due to Windows 10, is that I can't connect the USB dongle: I can't operate the USB dongle on the docking station. After docking off and on again, the USB dongle is no longer recognised by Windows 10 until the next reboot.Pro

Hearing good - speaking bad
Honestly, I'm pretty disappointed in the part. Just over 200.- we have paid. While I understand the conversation partners well, they often complain that they can hardly understand me - no matter how I align the microphone. In such situations, the only thing that helps is reaching for the wired handset or pressing the speaker icon. I am actually used to different from Sennheiser ...
I've been using it with a Yealink T58A for a good half year.
