the product contains a power plug for Germany and England, unfortunately not for Switzerland. That means I need an adapter or must change the front plug.

Good for the price, but digitec delivers the printer with an English and a German cable (plug) - rather impractical for customers in Switzerland! So be prepared to buy another cable if you don't have one from the old printer that happens to fit!

I've been using an HP Laser 404 duplex for years with much cheaper toner cartridges without any problem - x-thousands of pages printed. That HP is now blocking printers so you have to buy from them overpriced is disgusting.
From Pelikan I had perfectly functioning toner for half the price, about 30 instead of 60 - 80 francs. Everyone always babbles about personal responsibility when it comes to economic policy, even big companies like HP. But if they can make money with paternalism, they grab unabashedly.
I wanted to buy a new HP because there are no new printer drivers for the old one. I let that be and tinker what about an older Mac, which I still have.

Actually, I wanted a different printer. I ordered this one because delivery was possible. In the end, it arrived a good week earlier than the initial information. Made in Vietnam, installation spotless. On the other hand, it is a real nuisance that the USB cable promised on the Digitec page is not included (the HP brochure says it is only intended for Asia) and that there is no power cable commonly used here. Fortunately, I had the foresight to leave the connection cables to the PC and to the power supply from the previous printer still plugged in. Please improve.

Despite information from HP that go: the can only A4 duplex! No A5!

Since I didn't want to turn on the 2.4 GHz network just for the printer (unfortunately I couldn't find the information online anywhere that 5 GHz is not possible), an additional 3m USB extension cable was purchased. Works.
