Recommended for small offices
Printer and scanner that does what it is supposed to do. Scanner works 1A fast and the quality of the printer is very good.
Printer already 1 week only makeshift usable. No indication from HP when it will finally solve its problems with WIN 10.
HP currently can't manage to install the printer on a modern + up-to-date WIN 10 Pro PC.
- I spent hours testing because I never experienced anything like this with HP in 30 years.
- HP then took care of me with a manual installation for printing.
- Later HP also installed remote scanning.
After installing the latest HP installation software this morning (1 week after the 1st attempt) scanning again does not work etc. What is wrong with HP?
- Why doesn't HP inform you before installing that WIN 10 will not accept their package?
- Why doesn't HP provide an immediate solution to the software problem?
- Why does HP allow the same problem to happen again 1 week later when installing + partially breaking the manual installation + configuration in the process?Does (very well!) what it promises!

WLAN leaves something to be desired
Is not recognized by the computer for a very long time. Print jobs are sometimes executed only 10 minutes later (when the computer and printer via WLAN find each other again.
When scanning to email, the email address must always be tediously selected. A quick button would simplify this, but that is wishful thinking.Contra
