This is my fourth Logitech Harmony universal remote control. I am very satisfied with it.
Pro
- Lies well in the hand and can be operated with one hand (unlike the Harmony 1100, for example)
- The new Harmony setup software looks much better than before.
- Huge database of supported devices.
- High quality workmanship
Contra
- The set-up of the favourites (TV channels) has certain bugs.
- Remote control can only be operated well in the hand and tilts on the table, for example.
- The swipe function on the touchscreen is not really needed.
- The screen is not huge and compared to Harmony 1100 users rather cluttered

In general, a very good product. However, there are a few things to complain about:
1) Teletext (Swisscom TV2.0) does not work.
2) Swisscom TV2.0 does not start or switch on/off automatically.
3) Sometimes nothing works at all. It must then be repaired via the remote control with the tool "Help".Pro

Replaces four remote controls and works well. Occasionally a unit does not switch on. But absolutely negligible. Swisscom TV 2.0 works without problems, also Teletext. An IR receiver must be purchased from Swisscom.
Apple TV is also controlled with it.Pro

For the money, you definitely want something better.
One should be aware of the disadvantages of this FB and ask oneself if one can live with it. Especially the delay between pressing the key and sending the command. And how many commands are sent when you hold down the volume or arrow keys, for example.

- The display is not well arranged (when clicking the upper buttons you sometimes touch it)
- The setup software is unnecessarily incredibly bad (really really bad)
- Delay between pressing the button and sending the command. (even with optimal setting)
- When holding down the key (e.g. Vol.), too many commands are sent too quickly. No "fine adjustment
- Off button not freely assignable
- Battery only lasts a few days without being recharged.

- Arrangement of the keys not optimal and not ergonomic.
