This is my fourth Logitech Harmony universal remote control. I am very satisfied with it.
Pro
- Lies well in the hand and can be operated with one hand (unlike the Harmony 1100, for example)
- The new Harmony setup software looks much better than before.
- Huge database of supported devices.
- High quality workmanship
Contra
- The set-up of the favourites (TV channels) has certain bugs.
- Remote control can only be operated well in the hand and tilts on the table, for example.
- The swipe function on the touchscreen is not really needed.
- The screen is not huge and compared to Harmony 1100 users rather cluttered

1) Teletext (Swisscom TV2.0) does not work.
2) Swisscom TV2.0 does not start or switch on/off automatically.

Replaces four remote controls and works well. Occasionally a unit does not switch on. But absolutely negligible. Swisscom TV 2.0 works without problems, also Teletext. An IR receiver must be purchased from Swisscom.

For the money, you definitely want something better.
One should be aware of the disadvantages of this FB and ask oneself if one can live with it. Especially the delay between pressing the key and sending the command. And how many commands are sent when you hold down the volume or arrow keys, for example.

The product is good in itself. There are many devices in the database and once set up, it runs reliably.
But the software is a scream! It is absolutely tedious and as soon as any non-standard things need to be done, it fails. You can't, for example, switch on a device and then do the menu navigation via another device. And the software is very slow and not very intuitive. Everything is somehow automated and once it doesn't work properly, it's impossible to change it.Pro

Rubbish!
Waste you have to pay. This is something for people with a lot of free time who like to puzzle. There are a thousand problems and the remote control is often not recognised at all and synchronisation is not possible. Extremely time-consuming. The worst product I have ever had!

Recommended for people with IT skills in the power user area and combined devices such as TV, AV recievers and signal recievers (SAT/CBL/DLNA).
I use the remote control as a replacement for my old Harmony 850 which, after several years, was getting on in years. I control my Samsung TV, Fantec network player, Onkyo AV reciever and my Xbox One X with it. All devices can be controlled cleanly with it and also in combination with the "Action" function. Everything is correct as far as it goes when programmed correctly (I always needed a few adjustments). When executing an action, the right devices start, and when changing an action, only the unnecessary devices switch off and on, as it should be.
The display itself reacts without any further problems. Only the buttons above the display are a little awkwardly arranged, so that you can sometimes accidentally hit the display when you want to press pause, for example. However, this has already been mentioned in previous reviews and can be circumvented quite well with the display lock.Pro

I already had the previous model and, after a short period of getting used to it, I am again very satisfied with the new one. There were problems with the migration of the settings because Logitech changed the data storage from the desktop software to an online version and this did not work at all at the first attempt.
Does not fulfil its purpose
Having always been a Logitech customer for years (and not minding the higher price for good products) the Harmony Ultimate One has now got me down to the last nerve.
At the very beginning I was thrilled. The installation went relatively well and the TV, AV receiver and Swisscom 2.0 were all easy to control. Then, for inexplicable reasons, some functions stopped working. For example, the volume was changed on Swisscom and not on the AV-R. The channel selection radioed the TV and not the Swisscom, etc. This means logging back into the app every time, reprogramming the function, rebooting, etc. That's okay now and then, but in the meantime it's necessary almost every month.
Secondly, the battery is disastrous. I don't have a plug by the sofa, but have the dock next to the TV. If I forget to put the remote control in the dock in the evening, the battery lasts about 1-2 days, then the juice is empty. For a device that is used for a few minutes a day, this is embarrassing!
When I sit down in front of the TV in the evening, either the battery is flat or the controls don't work properly. I still have to keep the other 3 remote controls handy next to the Harmony.
I was already disappointed with the last Logitech keyboard and mouse, and now the Harmony adds to that. I am now looking for competing products and will not buy any more Logitech products for the next few years.Pro

Replaces five remote controls (Sony TV, Yamaha soundbar, Swisscom TV2, Sony player and Panasonic BlueRay player) and everything works fine. The 'Action' function where you can combine devices that are to be switched on together, e.g. with the TV, works well. What I like very much is that when devices are switched on together, they can be switched on in a certain order using the 'Delay' function.

Indeed that was what I was looking for, given the amount of equipment I own.
It would be interesting to have the instructions in Italian, but mostly only the instructions for the model I have chosen, while the instructions found online also speak of other models. This creates a bit of confusion.
However, I am very satisfied with the purchase.
