Good headset with quirks
Tiptop headset. Good sound quality. Good price/performance ratio. By the way, the microphone is on the left, not on the right as suggested in the product picture. Yes, of course you can turn it 180°, then it looks like in the picture. But the left is where the cable comes in and where the microphone is. You can even see the L on the large picture.
Points of criticism: The supplied control unit is poorly made. You can only turn the volume down to level 0, i.e. you can't turn the sound off completely with the control unit, which is very annoying and unnecessary. It has a handy microphone mute button that uses a red LED to indicate whether it is on or off. If you press the centre of the part (black plastic), the mute/unmute function is activated even though you don't touch the button at all, which indicates poor workmanship. Furthermore, the installation and configuration of the headset is a bit tedious. When the headset is connected, the sound should only go through the headset, and when it is not connected, the sound should only go through the integrated speakers, without having to change anything each time you connect/disconnect it. Until you have configured this correctly in the system controls (depending on the model), it can take a while with trial & error.Pro

Doesn't work after a few months
Initially, it has a great mic and audio quality for the price. The headset starts muffling noise when I use it after 3 months of buying it. I need to adjust the USB from time to time for the muffling to disappear.

Cheap processing
Already reported as a defect after 1 week. Micro arm turns down and can not be fixed. Result: You can not hear me in meetings. In addition, already after 1 hour the head and ears hurt.
