Mitel 612d v2
Top product
Poor quality for the price. Phones constantly break or have errors (software, crashes, etc.). If I had known this beforehand, we would never have bought a Mitel/Astra telephone system.

I have been working with telephone systems for 7 years, formerly Astra and now Mitel.
We have put approx. 80 Mitel 612d into operation, whereby various points are very bad for me.
The quality of the device leaves a lot to be desired, from fall-proof...1.5m on a hard floor and the device is broken after a few times.
The device is produced in China by the millions for Mitel and anyone who knows what a device like this costs to buy and who is aware of the quality due to the price understands that a device that doesn't cost 15.00 should simply not be sold for 200.00. Personally, I find this to be a real rip-off.
Now the 1-year warranty is a hammer, because the devices usually last just over 1 year and then break, or something no longer works on them.
Previously, we had the Dect Office 135 in operation, whereby the devices lasted about 6 years and could be repaired.
Mitel 612d is absolutely not to be recommended.
Unfortunately, the company has a kind of monopoly, just cheeky, how they deal with ignorant customers.
Commissioning was very easy and it works.
I cannot understand the following embarrassing design error:
When a headset is connected, the phone no longer fits into the charging cradle. It would have been enough to design the charging cradle in such a way that a plug of a headphone still had a small recess, or to place the socket on the phone two or three mm further up. This was no problem with the old cheap Gigaset.
So now you have to unplug the headphones in the evening to charge the phone. I'm curious to see how long the staff will stick to this.

Everything as it should be
Price/performance is not really right --> keyboard is the biggest shortcoming
