Nikon D7200 Kit

With this camera you get very good photo quality for the price. I bought it as my first DSLR. First of all, it's worth mentioning that a DSLR is didactically very useful for photography beginners, as you can quickly familiarise yourself with the basic aspects of photography (exposure time, aperture, ISO, white balance, etc.). I bought the camera because it gives excellent results but is still relatively inexpensive (especially the lenses, unlike FX lenses!).
The Nikon D7200 takes great photos, even with the kit lens, which gives good results in most situations! It offers many opportunities to explore the diversity of photography and to keep learning.
Aspects I miss, but they are all "nice to have" and not absolutely necessary:
- Adjustable touch screen
- GPS receiver for geotags
- UI feels a bit outdated
For fans of such technological "gimmicks", perhaps a mirrorless system camera from Sony is more suitable.
I am very satisfied with the camera overall, it is worth every franc!
(Update) Long-term review: I have had the camera for over a year now and have always been extremely satisfied with it. I also bought a Sigma lens 18-35mm f/1.8, the results of which compare favourably with friends' full-frame cameras (D750)! The camera has met all my basic requirements so far. After about a year of intensive learning of photography basics, I feel I can capture most of the important moments. The camera fell from a standing height onto the concrete floor once and only took minor optical damage! Even in the freezing cold on winter walks in the mountains or on long nights of star photography, the camera has always performed excellently!

The unit showed various signs of use and was in a dirty condition. The original documents (user manual, etc.) were missing.
Dear Digitec, if you sell second-hand items on your platform, please also check and clean them.

Upgraded from Nikon D6300. A huge step! Autofocus is lightning fast and any desirable settings can be changed directly via a dedicated button. Wi-fi and DualSD slot is also a great thing.
The only thing that separates the kit from 5 stars is the lens. It feels a bit cheap and the manual focus is also suboptimal. Better lenses can be found for the extra price.

that was a good choice
Still a super camera for the ambitious amateur.

Switched from Nikon D3300 to D7200
Great menu overview, easy manual operation
Still have to get used to the weight as the D3300 was light but no comparison.
The cam makes a solid, robust impression, fits well in the hand and the controls are easy to reach.

Great Camera!

I am delighted with this camera. I started with film, as many do, and I decided to go digital. The quality has not changed, on the contrary, and what I find great about digital is all the possibilities of retouching that are offered to us. It avoids the lab work, which is certainly interesting, but outdated.

Great camera, I am very satisfied. A touch screen would make it more intuitive. Otherwise I am happy. The extremely fast, extremely accurate autofocus is particularly convincing.

Always check validity of CashBack offers or prepare to be disappointed... I bought 2 Epson printers with CashBack offered... turned out to be only for business customers and dealers. The digitec advertising doesn't give you the full story sometimes. Check first to make sure it is valid for you.
I have had NIKON D5100 and NIKON D7200 is a whole different world!
A quantum leap if you were used to the D3000! Cashback also works well, but is a little complicated.
