Remote control reacts very poorly
The remote control only responds after it has been pressed several times. Turning the volume up and down is absolutely annoying.
Heavenly sad customer service
The device should have arrived on 15 June as a birthday present for my son. The customer service staff were all friendly and massively incompetent in trying to find a solution. The call centre agents believe everything they see on the screen without critically questioning where the problem lies and how it could be actively solved. The customer is shunted back and forth between Galaxus and notime. After four days, nothing has arrived from the lightning delivery, nor is there a solution in sight. Logistics is different - Galaxus never again!
