Sound good, firmware horrible
Unfortunately, I have many problems with the headset. The wearing comfort and the sound is great. BUT: About every 2-4 hours the headset loses the connection to the dongle for a few seconds. Regardless of which port I plugged it into. The battery life is promised to be 24 hours. This is only contradicted by the driver software itself, which shows "15 hours left" at 100% battery level. But even these 15 hours never correspond to the truth. When I play for a day (which can happen on weekends), the headset simply turns off after about 6 hours. It can only be turned on again with the charging cable connected. There is also no message a la "you have 10min left, charge your headset now". Not even when the pop-up messages are turned on. The battery indicator is also grossly incorrect. I've never seen a battery level below 50%, and that's always when the headset just went off. Also, the battery level only changes in 25% increments. I find this an imposition and have already written to Roccat support. I would have reported it to Digitec as a warranty case, but on Reddit I find heaps of messages from people who have the same problem. So I'm apparently not the only one and people where everything works great can really consider themselves lucky and pray that their headset does not suddenly decide otherwise.

Quite disappointed
I would have expected better for this price. I find it convenient that the headset can be used wirelessly, but I am not satisfied with the sound at all. Headsets that cost half as much have better sound in terms of output and input....

Always same update without end
Installed at almost every start always the same update 1.23 that sucks tremendously. Disable updates and offline mode brings no improvement.
Good price performance
A very inexpensive wireless headset but the charging times are enormous and the battery does not last long. the software must still be adapted I think but Roccat gets that under control

Poor delivery service
I ordered the headset for about 91 CHF. But it was cancelled because it was apparently "on sale", even though I had ordered it a long time ago. After I asked for my money back and got it back quickly, I decided to order it again. But suddenly it cost CHF 138, which is considerably more than before. What's more, delivery takes over 2 months! This and the previous case made me very disappointed. But I couldn't test the headset because it never arrived. The 2 stars come from the delivery service, which is not the first time Galaxus has disappointed me.

Broken after one year
The headset was of good quality and was also relatively comfortable. Unfortunately, it broke after a year because the quality of the plastic on the headset is not the best.

Sound is good, but the Mirko is extremely lean.
I was extremely disappointed with this product and gave it away after 1 week. The sound of the headphones is good and the headset is also very comfortable to wear, but the quality of the microphone is absolutely poor.
I would recommend the Turtle Beach Stealth 700 G2 Max to everyone, for "only" 70 francs more, you get an ultra stable headset. Very comfortable, very good and loud sound, microphone quality many times better than any Roccat headset.Pro

Not worth the money
After one year the ear pads are disintegrating, the good thing is that they are replaceable, the bad thing is that they are not available in Switzerland and Roccat does not deliver to Switzerland (Hey thanks Roccat).
