Terrible product. Totally immature. Keep your hands off it!
Unfortunately, I am very disappointed.
Unfortunately, the set-up is subterranean and didn't work with my Pixel Phone (Android). Good thing my wife has an iPhone with which it worked. I have listed all the negative points under "Contra". :(Pro
- Sound is really excellent, rich bass, well balanced

- Poorly manufactured, super-ugly external (!!!) power supply unit
- Setup hangs, only worked for me with iOS
- No 5Ghz WLAN (come on, it's 2018!)
- Changing the station/switching the audio source takes too long
- No proper DAB station list, you have to know where to scroll to.
- Volume control too close to the "MOD" wheel, hardly usable
- Switching on and off is impractical, takes approx. 4s each time
- WiFi streaming from the local network did not work at all (!)
- The current song playing on the radio scrolls through the display. But it jerks! WTF?!?!

Looks good, can't do anything well
Guys, for this price you can ask for more. I don't think the telescopic antenna is up to date, and no matter where the antenna points, I can't move without noise. WiFi setup, hmm well.
Unfortunately, there is nothing comparable on the market that looks as good and has the same functions.Pro

This radio is not finished in its development ...
This Tivoli device isn't working as it is at the moment, I'm really waiting for a software update to finish installing it and above all to receive the main DAB+ channel in our region: La Première!!!! ... but all the same it's "Caméra cachée" ... Your technical department should make an effort not to have to integrate such unfinished products. I've never seen anything like it in all my multimedia career since the 1970s.

DAB+ unsuitable
The fact that the device is unsuitable for DAB+ in this price range is unacceptable. However, it can do DAB, which is no longer of any use to us in this country. Device returned.

The sound is excellent and the radio elegant, however the product cannot be recommended with all its bugs. It is a prototype! Waiting for an update...
Positive points:
Sound: excellent for the price
Design: Very stylish, its weight shows that it is a decent material, massive for the case (good sign for a HP)
Negative points:
Software inside the radio: catastrophic! full of bugs. When you switch on the radio the next day, although the radio keeps the selected radios in memory (PRESET DAB), it has to refresh the total list of DAB radios and finally the radio selected on the screen does not correspond to the one played = BUG.
The station selection dial is not notched and it often happens that the desired station is overridden and finally the responsiveness is very slow. Also problematic for the volume button which reacts one time out of 2.
Concerning the internet radio (via the IOS application), it doesn't memorize anything at all. Indeed, you select the radio in the Tivoli ART application on the iPhone, you search in the "Tunein" menu and finally, after launching the chosen radio, it takes 10 seconds before the connection is established. It is possible that the radio stops after a few minutes and that you have to start the operation again.
If you just switch off and on, the radio does not remember which "internet radio" station it was playing! Useless without the iPhone. Too bad...
I'm looking forward to the update that will fix all these bugs!

Not ready if you would like to use it for streaming services, will be improved though.
After getting the ModelOne Digital and unpacked it, I realised there being a few challenges which were surprisingly disappointing...
Pro

- The idea behind it, it would be SUCH a lovely device!!!
Contra
- The volume button can hardly be used, as it is squeezed in close to the bigger button and not coming
- Using streaming services is a pain, works with the app only, which is not user friendly
- No 5GHz WiFi support (the 2.4 network is jammed!!!)
- Hopping through the inputs, it feels like the change from DAB to WiFi is hanging, it takes sooo long
- WiFi connection takes a very long time to establish after moving there from AUX.

I remain faithful to TIVOLI
Excellent device that I added an extra speaker (CUBE model). The Bluetooth connection works perfectly (stereo) even if the set-up was a bit laborious (the instructions are only available on the internet). Once the configuration is done, the use is extremely simple. The only regret is that I had some difficulties to get a rechargeable battery for the speaker (CUBE). It's a pity that the device is not compatible with standard batteries, which are now all available in rechargeable versions.
