As careless as I am, I directly bought eight pieces to avoid having to buy the expensive noctua fans. I used them in various switches, firewalls and a Flex-ATX power supply.
Of the eight fans, five (!) are now broken after less than three months. All of them had bearing damage, two even sprayed their grease out of the bearings in the respective device.
Besides, the fans are clearly audible even when they are not broken. Somehow they don't sound like 19db, at least I would have expected them to be quieter.
I always operated the fans according to the manufacturer's instructions, and I don't think they got too hot at about 40°C. I can't recommend them to anyone. So I can't recommend them.
If anyone is looking for an alternative, I now use this:
(40 x 40 x 20, NO PWM, NO CONNECTOR, CHF 2.57)

(40 x 40 x 10, NO PWM, NO CONNECTOR, CHF 2.18)

(3 pin fan connector, CHF 1.19)

The Digitec range is unfortunately a bit "thin" here.... and also the Noctua fans (NF-A4x20 & NF-A4x10) are, for whatever reason, much more expensive here than elsewhere.

Although the fan is marketed as 'Xilence' - i.e. silent/quiet, it is inevitably louder than a fan with an 8cm or even 12cm diameter due to its size alone.
I have installed it as a replacement for a defective fan in a 2.5" 4x SAS chassis, where the noise is not disturbing either; the temperature parameters of the disks suggest that the fan achieves the necessary throughput and pressure.

I printed on my 3D printer the holders for this FAN and I'm cooling down the SAS controller and SAS expander.
