Good price-performance ratio - sound is perfect, handling as well. Does what it should. The soundness control takes some getting used to, as you don't just switch it on, but fade it in.

Top device for music freaks
What is there to rate? This amplifier replaces a 35 year old Yamaha amplifier of the same type and is, just like back then, the best on the market. In 35 years I will report again, whether this like its predecessor, its service without any problems (;)

does what it should and looks good
In my case it is needed to run the TV, CD player and Google Chromecast through it. Does what it should. Decisive purchase was that an amplifier loses less value in contrast to an AV receiver and can therefore do its job for a long time (let's see if he still stands in 20 years). Actually, for my use, the AV receiver would be more suitable, but since these have a lot of bells and whistles that I wouldn't need and are more expensive in most cases, I opted for the amplifier.
