Product details
Welcome to the world of high-speed photography. Enjoy the thrilling action scenes without distortion and bright light shots that were previously only possible with professional cameras.
Discover new possibilities with shutter speeds of 1/32,000 seconds and look forward to wonderful results.
Inside the compact RX100 IV is the world's first multi-layer CMOS sensor (type 1.0) with attached memory - an outstanding innovation for photo and filming. Experience up to 40x Super Slow Motion, high-speed shooting with 1/32,000 sec. and anti-distortion shutter, plus great 4K movies.
Thanks to the recording function, which up to now has mainly been found on professional cameras, with an extremely high frame rate of up to 960 frames per second, you can capture momentary movements that are barely visible to the human eye in super slow motion (time-speed).
Continuous shooting at up to 16 frames per second without blackout. Despite the high number of 20.1 MP, the camera enables fast data readout for continuous shooting at up to 16 frames per second without blackout.
This way, you capture crucial moments without missing the slightest bit.
Let your creativity run wild. Enjoy 4K clips - with the super-realistic 4K function for occasional 4K shots up to five minutes.
The professional XAVC-S codec ensures beautiful high bitrate recordings.
The retractable XGA OLED Tru-Finder is a special feature of this camera format and, thanks to Zeiss T coating, offers a clear view over the entire image area.

Overall ratingVery good90/100

Stiftung WarentestHochwertige Kompaktkameras: Das DreigestirnReleaseNovember 2015

Very good94/100
