Can I power this CPU with 750W PSU and a 3070 16gb ram enough? And does it get too warm with my Arctic Feezer || 360 when gaming?

Yes of course I have an 850w power supply from be quiet with 4090 in it with noctua nhd15, but would recommend limiting it to max 150w, the power consumption is not worth the added performance is really a few per cent. However, what is a must is an upgrade to win11. On win11 the cores run properly and everything, with win10 the cores heat up like a silvester rocket and just jump from 30 to 90 degrees xD with win11 this is not there they go to 60 degrees for a short time

I would recommend at least 850 watts. 1000 watt power supply would be even better. Arctic Liquid freezer 2 should be sufficient and if the cpu gets too warm then you can also buy the lga 1700 anti-bend buckle from thermalright at ali express and attach the cpu with it, you will get a cooler cpu up to 10 degrees.

no. my pc switched off because the power supply could not supply it with 750 watts of power. and yes you can only do it if you limit your cpu to 120 watts at tl1 and tl2. but then you have enormous performance losses because the cpu can easily consume up to 180W constantly with the graphics card it is already very close to the limit.
