Does anyone know if the "auto standby" can be deactivated on this model? Is there a variant in the new version to deactivate ANC without automatically amplifying the ambient noise?

Helpful answer

As I understand it, there are these levels:
* ANC max ("maximum noise cancellation")
(here still various intermediate levels)
* ANC off (i.e. neither ANC nor ambient noise amplified - then the headphones simply muffle because they are closed. However, no announcement is made here)
* Ambient noise weak ("passthrough sound")
* Ambient sound amplified
