Unfortunately, I can only advise against using it with teams! I constantly have the effect that the headphone function works with teams (i.e. I can hear the others), but for some reason the microphone does not "keep up", i.e. the others do NOT hear me. This has almost driven me to the wall several times.
You then have to tap and restart teams several times, sometimes even switch the headphones off and on again, and in one particularly stubborn case I had to delete the pairing and pair the devices again. I can't say whether it's the headphones or Windows 10 (MS Surface Pro), but the constant fussing until the connection is finally established and usable becomes downright embarrassing over time!

I can only advise against business use in Teams... Ironically, the headphones are not Skype or Teams certified. This means that you sometimes have such strange effects that the headphones are not recognised during a call. Actually a pity, the sound quality in combination with the very good ANC function would make it the perfect office headset...
