Great I got it yesterday and I'm happy, but the headset says "16 hours left" after I've fully charged it. Is that normal? It should be 20 hours!

The 20 hours are only reached when aptX is deactivated, with aptX activated it is approx. the 16 hours mentioned.
To deactivate aptX, the "Surface Audio" app must be installed on the PC/smartphone, where the function can be deactivated under Settings -> Device Controls.
