Hello :) I bought the product to listen to or play music on my PC. The headphones are paired but do not appear in the audio devices but in the "other" devices. I can't hear anything through them and the headphone voice doesn't tell me "Bluetooth Connected", unlike the smartphone. I also don't get the device displayed in Armoury Crate on the PC. Does anyone know what the problem is?

unfortunately, i can't help you. everything worked for me. but the headphones are not suitable for spiling. they are for everything else! they are very good headphones.
