Hello Together I probably have a stupid question... I have this 2080 TI installed in my PC and I am super happy with it, but I still have my old 1060 TI lying around. now I am thinking about installing it. I suspect this is a stupid idea and will cause more problems than benefits. has anyone here had any experience? https://www.digitec.ch/de/s1/product/asus-rog-maximus-xi-hero-wifi-i9-9900k-lga-1151-z390-atx-mainboard-11155540 This is my motherboard and CPU. Thanks in advance for your contribution. Kind regards Michi

Helpful answer

You could of course install the card and configure it as a PhysX card in the Nvidia Control Panel.
However, apart from higher power consumption, this does not really bring much, as only very few games support PhysX at all.
(https://www.geforce.com/hardware...) The official Nvidia list with supported games

Installing and configuring as SLI is not possible because of the different graphics chips.

I hope that helps you a little :)

Friendly greetings Marco
