Hi guys so we have a serious problem I bought 3 X rollers on 12.05.2019 ( and it said they should go for my printer which I also bought from you 10 days before I ordered it.Today I wanted to use the rollers but they are not compatible with the device they are not recognized ..I will make a phone on Monday because of this and I am not happy that no one has reported that they do not work ..so absolutely crap ....
