How long are the water cooling hoses approx. Can the cooler be mounted in the front of an enclosure?

Depends on how big the case is. According to Gigabyte, the tubes are 395mm ± 1.5%.
I have the Bigtower Darkbase PRO 900 rev. 2 from BeQuiet! a huge box. It just about fit in there. But the case shouldn't be much longer.
