I keep getting the error message 15-5 I really don't know what to do... I have already reinstalled, reinstalled older Windows parts. tried new cables... unfortunately I can't try another PC to see if it works there. Does anyone know a spontaneous solution?

On Steam, various solutions are being tried for this error. Try restarting the explorer.exe process via the Taks Manager. This seems to have helped some people.

Without more information about your hardware, it will be difficult.
Microsoft writes on their troubleshooting page https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us... at error 15-5 that it is a performance problem.
First you should temporarily disconnect all other USB devices and try like this
Then check the task manager to see if any processes are loading the CPU/GPU or the HDD.
And last but not least, reboot.
