I own these headphones. First with Surface duo 2, now with Galaxy S22 Ultra. Unfortunately, it has problems with phone calls. The microphone only works partially. The person opposite cannot hear you. Is this a known problem? I don't want to buy the same one and have the same problem.

It has a mute button on the headset, which is usually active when the other person cannot hear you. Unfortunately, this is not displayed on the PC or mobile phone, but is only visible when the headphones are removed.
