I own this projector. Netflix has not been running for me since 15.07.2024. Even with the workaround via the File Manager app, I can no longer watch Netflix. Does anyone have a solution? Possibly Google Chromecast? I'm looking forward to your suggested solutions. lg Michael
I received a Netflix dongle from the support team (service@xgimi.ch), which is plugged into the HDMI port. This allows Netflix to be received again. However, you need a power source again, which impairs wireless operation.
You can install netflix with the desktop launcher app from the google playstore and it will work
Thanks for the hint. I have written to xgimi and indeed I have received a dongle. Now Netflix is working again on the device. Super service from xgimi. I'm very happy about that.
But seriously, is it really xgimi's solution to send every customer a dongle so that they can watch Netflix again? I don't have to understand everything.
