Newly got a Smooth 4 with Filmic pro and Huawei P20 pro. I notice that the gimbal functions with the FY app all work without any problems. It is now supposed to be the same with Filmic pro. In my case, unfortunately, this is not the case. I have installed the latest firmware V 1.77. Zomm works well. Menu cannot be reached via the button. Front /rear camera switching does not work. Instead of triggering a single image, the front/rear switch is triggered. Support on the manufacturer's website has not responded to my message even after 5 days so far. Question: Has anyone had the same experience? Am I doing something wrong? Does the gimbal have a fault - exchange it? Kind regards Hannes
