It depends. If you're racing and you have the controller on feedback and it's buzzing and shaking all the time, it'll only last a few days. If you have the feature turned off and only use it to navigate in the box and otherwise use a real joystick (MSFS) or a steering wheel, then it will last forever, certainly a few months.
