When I ordered and paid for this product, the delivery date was constantly postponed into the future. Now my order says the beginning of August. But when I click on the product, it says 8-10 days! Do I have to cancel the order and place a new order so that I can be delivered in 8-10 days?

I am experiencing the same thing. It has already been extended twice. What I find particularly annoying is that *yesterday* it said the camera would be ready for collection "probably tomorrow". And today it has turned into 7-9 days again. I know: "Information without guarantee" and I'm certainly missing "the bigger picture", but from my point of view it's difficult to understand why it's not possible to prevent such changes at least 1 day before the planned collection. Specifically: Apart from the anticipation, I had already planned an assignment with the camera and, in addition, wanted to pick up other ordered items from you at the same time as picking up the camera, so my day's planning is immediately overturned. I'm complaining at a high level, I'm aware of that #firstworldproblems ^^ But I'm not really angry, just a bit disappointed and a bit curious if such last-minute changes in the delivery date couldn't be prevented.

But so that this ends in a positive way: In general, you have become the only shop where I would still buy electrical goods: Top prices and first-class service, and you're also very customer-oriented and all that. In my desperate search for a good webcam, I actually got lost in the Mediamarkt again.... which was a bit of an imposition in comparison. You have spoiled me. ^^

That was also the case with me. I ordered the camera during the lockdown and the 2 week delivery period at the time of the order effectively turned into 3 months. It was and is a special time when somehow everyone needs a cam.
